Roger Federer gets top billing for ATP 250 event in Halle

World #3 Roger Federer has been top seeded for the Gerry Weber Open, an ATP 250 event in Halle, Germany, in absence of world #1 Novak Djokovic and world #2 Andy Murray.
The Swiss ace has got bye in the first round and will face the winner between a qualifier and Cedrik-Marcel Stebe in the round of 16.
Federer's real test will be in the quarterfinals where he will be likely to play seventh seed Jergy Janowicz of Poland. Janowicz, is known for his tricky tactics which he uses to surprise his opponents.
Should the 17-time Grand Slam champion overcome the quarerfinal hurdle, he will potentially clash with local hope Tommy Haas, seeded third, in the last four stage.
If Roger manages to beat Haas, he is projected to play second seed Richard Gasquet of France for the title.
The event being played on grass, which is the favourite court of Swiss maestro, might turnout to be in the Federer's favour.
But the question arises here is - will he win or will he not? Federer fans should hope that he wins the title which would boost his morale ahead of the 'prestigious' Wimbledon.
